About the Role

At Lipa Later we are on a mission to build the most advanced financial services technology in order to bring significant value for our end users. We are looking for a Field Sales Lead to oversee our company’s Field sales and operations in Nigeria, from field team management to corporate engagement in Nigeria. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree or qualification in a Business-Related field. Previous experience in field operations is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Close new Leads and deals at a high rate
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
  • Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and
  • professionally
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
  • Field team management
  • Corporate engagement and account management

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years Proven working experience in a field management role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Sound judgment
  • BS degree in Business, Statistics, or related field
