About the Role

Act as the first line of contact for customers. Be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and complaints, providing customer support, preparing correspondences and fulfilling customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and work to resolve any issues or complaints.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with current and potential clients via telephone, email, online chat, or social media
  • Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines
  • Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times to de-escalate stressful situations
  • Document personal information to create, update, or adjust customer accounts in line with set guidelines on the CRM
  • Prepare call-related information for purposes of auditing and reporting
  • Provide and respond to feedback about any aspect of the job or its duties
  • Suggest products and services to clients based on their requests and needs
  • Answer inbound calls or generate outbound calls, in some cases cold calling to follow up on orders
  • Documenting customer information according to the Lipa Later standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum one year working experience in a sales related role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Sound judgment
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent.
