The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has affected people globally, taken a toll on people across the world and disrupted most if not all of our usual daily activities. One of the sectors that has been affected the most is education. Most people if not all did not foresee this virus coming, and even though the world is going digital, it is still understandable to see why some parts of the education sector have been caught flatfooted on how to shift learning seamlessly to a digital space. With most learning institutions closed and students and teachers learning and teaching online from home, the question begs, do all of them have the necessary devices to continue learning? According to Usawa Agency, 80% of students and teachers can’t access online learning.

This means teachers and students can get to use these laptops as they pay for it at retail price in a minimum of 3 monthly installments at 0% interest.
Eric Muli, the CEO of Lipa Later believes that “Education is a key contributing factor to the economy and everyone has the right to access it.’’ We want to help ease the process of online learning by partnering up with retailers to provide laptops for schools, that is, teachers and the students. All this will enable our students and teachers to have a laptop, attend their classes and not miss out on any lessons or assignments.
